The benefits of tea for good health

Whatever the season, tea can be a delicious beverage as it can be served iced or hot.

But its benefits are beyond refreshing. There is a lot of research that shows that drinking tea can improve your health.

At the very least, it's a fun way to get enough fluid into your body every day. Above all, studies have shown that tea can protect your teeth and your heart, as well as help you stay away from cancer.

What kind of tea you drink can make the difference. All non-herbal teas are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis tree. The amount of time it takes to process the leaves determines whether you end up with any green, black or oolong tea.

Green tea is the least processed and has the highest amount of polyphenols, and the only type contains polyphenols, catechins, which is why many studies have been done using only green tea. Some herbal teas are known for their medicinal medicinal values, including suppressing the digestive system

Herbal blends do not contain any caffeine, but traditional tea usually contains less than 50 percent of the available coffee. This means that you can consume it without the worrying effects of your nervous system, says Leslie Bonsi, nutritionist and owner of Active Eating Consulting. If you are trying to switch from coffee to tea, try the Chikori Root, like Tachisino, which has a mouth-feel and coffee-like taste. Chocolate is also known to help reduce root stress and is an antibiotic so it can be helpful in your gut.
