Cooking tea with cranberries
Ingredients that we need:
Cranberries 200 grams
Water 500 milliliters
Sugar 200 grams
Brewed tea
Prepare cranberries in advance, it should be free of defects and prepared for use. You can also brew black tea before cooking or at the end.
First step
Berries of cranberries must be crushed, you can use a mixer or blender or a hand-crush. The resulting cranberry muffin wrapped in a bag of gauze and squeeze all the liquid into an empty container. In the remaining mass, a lot of vitamins, so it is still useful.
Second step
Dry mashed gauze paste in a saucepan and pour water. Set it on medium heat and wait until it begins to boil. Shoot when boiling and decant the liquid prepared container.
The third step
Broth mixed with the juice that turned out at the beginning and mix with the brewed tea. If you wish, you can add spices. Many people put cinnamon, mint, lemon or oranges. Also add cranberry berries. Personally, I prefer a pinch of red pepper or ginger. Next, let the tea with cranberries brew for 40-60 minutes and can be served on the table.
