Team Alignment using Team Agreements

We can be using agreements to align a team. Do refer to a comprehensive agreements below:

1. Be willing to support the purpose, rules and goals.

2. Speak supportively.

3. Acknowledge whatever is being communicated as true for the speaker at the moment.

4. Complete your agreements with responsibility.

5. If a problem arises, communicate it at the first appropriate opportunity to the person who can do something about it.

6. Be effective and efficient. Optimising every moment.

7. Have the willingness to win and allow others to win.

8. Focus in what works.

9. Agree to agree, and agree to disagree.

10. Always make sure that your post or role is covered.

11. Have your job completely handled by the deadline set forth in your job description and list of duties.

12. Acknowledge whatever did not work as well as it could have and give suggestion for improvement.

13. Be responsible for being clear on your duties and responsibilities.

14. Keep all time agreements.

15. Maintain a professional dementor at all times.
