What is Teh Tarik Sundays?
@bitrocker2020, @branlee87 and I have been thinking for awhile now on how to spice up the #teammalaysia discord channel and we've come up with Teh Tarik Sundays!
Why Teh Tarik ? Because its what we Malaysians drink at a mamak stall when we hang out with friends. Here is what is going to happen on Sunday Nights :
- Everyone is invited to join the Teh Tarik voice channel on Sundays at 10:00 pm.
- Everyone is given a chance to promote a post.
- You do not need to be the author of that post as you can promote your friend's post or a very interesting post for everyone to see.
- During your sharing, the post promoted will be shared in the Kopitiam channel for everyone to see. You will also get extra exposure. Your post may even be rewarded :P Tune in to find out.
- Only the Moderators and Author are allowed to speak in the voice channel. The listeners can and should engage in the Kopitiam Text Channel.
How do I participate?
- When the show is starting, 10 minutes before 10pm. You may approach @branlee87 or @zord189 to get the first slot.
- You may also register your slot when the session is live, just state in the Kopitiam Text Channel. However, if there is a queue, please be patient for your turn.
- The moderators will call you when it is your turn.
- Every author will be given 1 minute to promote the post and 2 minutes for Q&A.
- Each author will have a time limit of 5 minutes only.
- Post must be no older than 2 days old

This Sunday would be the first ever Teh Tarik Session and I hope that every #teammalaysia members will be able to grab this opportunity to shoutout your favourite author or your own post! We believe that the session will bring lots of laughter & joy to the community, and we will get to know one another better too! That is what drinking Teh Tarik is all about!
