It's February Already! Where did the last month go?

It's February already! At some stage in the past few days have you said that or something along the lines of "I can't believe we are a month into 2018" or "where did the last month go"? I know that I have had that feeling in the last couple of days. There is research and theories about how we perceive time to go faster as we age. I know that I definitely feel it.

@mslillypilly and I have just come back from 8 lovely days in New Zealand which is why we haven't been posting much (holiday related posts coming soon) and I was reflecting on what I have achieved in the last month (maybe to convince myself I had been at least a little productive). I also looked at it relative to my goals that I posted about last month.

January Achievements

  • Lovely 8 day holiday in New Zealand
  • Regular steemit posting (except when on holiday) and experimenting with dtube and dlive
  • Ran the first Melbourne Steemit Meetup
  • Starting tracking calories and lost a couple of kg (haven't weighed in post holiday though)

February Plans

  • Host another Steemit meetup
  • Work! Lots of class preparation to do. Maybe use steemit for some teaching experiments
  • Start working on some entrepreneurial ideas

I haven't registered a company yet and my Russian skills haven't gotten any better but I feel like I'm on track with a few of the others.

How about you? How is your year going so far?

Yeah is going good. Steemit was busy in January. I really like the idea of using steemit in your teaching.

Thanks. I'm still grappling with a couple of issues around ethics (and possibility of complaints) but am keen to experiment with it.

That's amazing. Thanks for sharing. You certainly achieved a lot in January. Keep up with the good work!
