Agreed! Last few days, my NBN internet quota went haywire due to a fault. I have 500gb data limit and 500gb has been all used up due to a fault. Logged an incident report for a week now and no fix. Had to call their customer service to get a free top up to get unshapped. Can't wait to change ISP once my contract finishes.
