Good morning Steemians hope you had a great nights sleep.

You've probably seen a few of my posts about my passion for going to the gym. Or maybe even seen my DTube video the other night about the goal I'm setting.

This year I'll be competing in a Body building competition and I thought I'd post an update on my progress.

I put in about 3 hrs of training a night as I'm pretty dedicated and want to win. I'm training 100% natural and need to work 3 times as hard as I'll be competing against some pretty big beasts.

I'll post some regular updates and videos on Steemit also so you can follow.

I'm off to the gym for leg day.

Remember never skip leg day!

Thanks for emphasizing leg day! So many people focus on getting big up top, they forget it’s important too. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Thank you, yup leg day is vital!

Ain't no body want chicken legs 😂

How do you guys plan your diet these days ?

Do you bulk and then cut before the comp or just stay in a calorific excess all year ?

Haven't planned that far a head yet. Lol

I think there's a comp in October that's what I'll be aiming for.

Nice definition. Will you be competing against steroided beasts? Keep natural, much respect. When I trained squats and deadlifts it made my upper body big too :) It feels good to be super strong. Once I moved a massive stainless steel bbq by myself, my girlfriends mum was astonished. It was the deadlifts that made it possible lol. Good luck in your comp and keep up the hardwork.

Thank you, yeah that's the draw back I'll be competing with people on roids :(

Im not saying that people on roids don't put in hard work but I would be more satisfied to know I am natural. Not to mention the side effects, later in life you will be glad you are natural and healthy;) have you posted a training program?
