Good food at Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

So yes woke up late as usual, after having hangovers from yesterday. Feeling hungry as always and craving for hot soup just to lessen down those hangovers.
Decided to go to a friend shop here at Sheung Wan Road, Hong Kong to have their own special Cart noodles which they could it “ 車仔麵“ or can be called as “Chenjai mihn” which is consider cheap and nice.

This hot soup really cure my hangovers plus it’s mainly made by beef soup. You can choose different kind of noodles, thin noodles, glass noodles, wantan noodles or even thick noodles. There are many ingredients you can choose to mix it with your soup such as beef ball, fish ball, curry fish ball, squid ball, pork intestines, mushroom, dry skin fish,pork blood,taufu,chicken wings and pork meat, carrot and vegetables. Can choos as much as you can or which ingredients you love to add on.

Place are not that big as you expected that can occupied many people but most Hongkies tend to share tables together. By 12noon or so called lunch time, people will line up just to have their Cart Noodles for their lunch. Basically it’s already cheap, delicious yet it’s consider fast food. Place is not hot or humid. It’s just nice to have a good hot soup with different taste of soup from non spicy to spicy.

And I don’t come because it’s my friends shop but I recommend to come because the noodles are incredibly tasty and it's good for hangovers too or those who are damn hungry. I give a 9.8/10 stars for this shop.

This shop is located Sheung Wan Road and the shop names called Mian Zun Restaurant ( 面樽 ). And to let you guys know, the lady boss and boss is one of my good friend and they are fun to hang out and they are funny. 😂😂😂
