I actually disagree with this quote!
For me WISDOM IS THE COMBINATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. I think that without the knowledge and experience of new ideas that we gain from learning, the potential experiences that we can gain from life are limited after all, we don't know what we don't know! By practicing what we have learned from books in our everyday lives, we can find what works (and what doesn't), and that is how we become wise...
