Introduction
Most of people will seen STRESS as negative because of the multiple effects on the health of the individual who suffering. (weaken the immune system, then develope to cause fatigue, depression, anxiety and even increase you Blood Pressure (BP).
According to the World Health Organization, mention that, stress was "global health epidemic of the 21st century", because of the life challenging. A lot of thing can cause the stress such as emotional problem, conflict in relationship, social and job issues and more.
Anyway, what is STRESS?
Stress is the body's natural defense, which flushes the body with hormones to prepare systems to confront predator or danger. Also known as the "fight-or-flight" mechanism.
But, did you know that stress also have their advantages?
1.Motivating (to success)
I believe we all have the experience of being stress, especially to finish some tough work or assignment.
During this time, stress can motivate and help you accomplish the goals. You might notice that , being stressed out (minimum doses) motivates you to focus on your work, and sometime it's more efficiently.

2. Instant result (boost brainpower)
Believe or not, feeling stressed can feel perfectly normal, especially during exam time or job interview.
Stress is a burst of energy that basically advises and help you generate instant idea on what to do. Beside that, stress actually can even boost memory. This will help you during critical time(answer exam paper or job interview).
Expert mention that, moderate level of stress stimulate the production of brain chemicals(neurotrophins), then strengthen the connections and engagements between neurons inside our brain, (primary mechanism) that help to boost productivity and concentration.
3.For health improvement
Expert say that, when our body responds to stress, it prepares itself for the possibility of injury/predator/infection, by regulate the immune system for atleast providing a temporary defensive boost.
Some study suggested that exposure to a mild level of stress (that you can master), can actually make you stronger and better able to manage the stress itself. (Just like a vaccine an example)- contains a tiny amount of bug, then can immunize you against the disease.
Conclusion
We have hear that, over and over again, the word of stress was unhealthy, whereas stress also have the benefits such motivator or essential to survival as well.
