Hi, I have been on KETO for past four months. My body fat dropped to 20IMG20180120174933.jpg% from 23%. If you want to see better result try to implement Intermittent fasting. i
I do it twice a week and really put you in ketosis at a faster pace.

Wow nice! You motivate me to restart the keto. I actually haven't include IF. But i do follow the eating window last time.

Get use to eating high fat and low carbs first for at least a month before doing IF. Then you can do IF 24hrs twice a week easily.
