Anyone can tell how they made this food?

Hit the street with empty stomach! after a boot camp. Anyone can explain how they made this food? all seafood, but I can say all is only a flour, salt, msg, a little bit of seafood flavor or kind of fish!. Actually the most delicious is by the creamy red hot stinky sauce!!
