GE14: A Conundrum

Let me tell you the future a little bit: This coming 14th General Election is a train wreck bound to happen.

Both side did poorly. Period.

The ruling coalition mustered every mind cell they had in their collective biomass and come up with a series of fact twisting smearing campaign while busy passing new law that grant them immense power to crack down on free speech. Last but not least, they happily carve multiple constituency wide open to the point it's literally racial segregation.

Not to mention all the scandal revolving around the infamous sovereign wealth fund. It's bad. Really bad.

Then we have our opposing coalition. Till date, I have yet to see anybody come up with a governing agenda that will at least pass a common sens test. Their campaign booklet do look like it was finished in a hurry, as I believe that their energy and time and resource are deemed "better spent" in infightings. Also, did I mention they like to gobble up the mistake of the other side and present those as their merits, sound perfectly good isn't it?

While all these seem childish, I hereby present you the most "facepalm" moment of all, they hug and cheer and running in circle around a figure that once is their nemesis. The enemy's enemy is your friend at it's best form, I guess?

What happened to vision, integrity and justice? Too mainstream or too 1990s?

I am seriously lost. Then this quote flashes in my mind
