Hi everyone!

So I am a little over 24 hours and yay! I think I am still keeping up with 1 post a day haha...

Ok, let's get back to the real content of today's topic.

Remember 8 days ago (sorry my Internet at home was down so I couldn't really compile it) I have posted the review Tried and Tested: Non Invasive Detox for your body, does it work? and I actually mention about how it worked for me and I throw in a Raffle contest for Malaysians who has upvoted, resteemed and commented their location; and I mentioned that I will also show and tell how it happens after my 5 days course?

(Well, I am actually still continuing, because you will know why soon)

#Behold, the result of the first 5 days...
Ahem.. actually I skipped a day as I was too tired between day 4 to day 5, but I still continued daily.

As you can see those patches, as @kimzwarch said, "still looks black to me", remained almost the same every morning when I see it.

The interesting part is that from the naked eye, it is actually starting to turn brown, but unable to be seen with my mobile camera; but if you have noticed, from day 2's comparison, the darkening patches have started to reduced, which could mean that my water retention issue is now slowly reducing, except day 5 when I skipped a day.

During last Thursday meetup my fever blister started flaring a little again (probably too much talking not enough water) and I substituted coke with ice and iced milk tea to keep my ulcers inflammation at bay, but the next day and the day after, the water retention has significantly increased again.

so, a lesson to learn, sweetened beverages will still cause me water retention.

I am not sure about yours, but maybe this could be a hint too if you are a heavy soda drinker.

I will be continuing my detox routine as I have bought in bulk; but a promise is still a promise, that there will be a blessed one that has received Ong and would be getting a box of 5 pairs of food detox after the winner is announced.

So who could that be?
