This "Yusheng" is a Chinese traditional salad consists of raw fish, shredded vegetables, sauce and other ingredients. It is normally served during Chinese New Year family or friends reunion dinner. The dish is believed to bring fortune, wealth and luck among us.
Few days ago I had this dish with my friends and for me, it not only brings us fortune, wealth and luck, it provide the moment for all of us to gather despite there is distance between us which is valuable.
