I attended two Team Malaysia gathering yesterday and it was great meeting new faces!
I first went to Team Malaysia Babes FIRST Meet Up & Gathering at @patlu house (Thanks Pat for hosting and thank you Angie @angiechin28 for organizing the event!)
It was nice talking to @jassicania and learn about her 'onceshelived' story (truly inspiring), @rampai the talented cartoonist and @kaerpediem mother and daughter who upvoted for my first ever video!
We had all different kind of food prepared and brought by the ladies. After filling up our tummy, @sireh another talented cartoonist did a live drawing of @angiechin28. Ladies who are born in February was surprised by a cake prepared by @lianmok afterwards!

After spending a fun hour with them, me and @crypto3d drove to Setia Sky Residence, where the Team Malaysia CNY gathering was held.
When we arrived Level 33A of Block Divina@Setia Sky Residence, a lot of people were already there, chit-chatting and enjoying delicious food. I saw a lot of new faces, some of them even come all the way from India @firepower, @varunpinto, @shenoy and @sjennon! This gathering was indeed one of a kind, where we can meet like-minded people from all over the world.
All of this can happen, thanks to our dedicated organizer @aaronleang & @joannewong as well as the influence of our big brother @bitrocker2020! Thank you so much for organizing such an amazing event for our community!

I'm new to Steemit and also the HK community. The community seem to have lots of young and helpful people in their 20s willing to help me the old 'geezer' overcome problems I have encountered. There are some people around my age too.
And it seems to me Teammalaysia have more people around my age with kids. Perhaps education and parenting could be some common topics to talk about.
