The technique of breathing in water :
-Take a deep breath
-Then put the head in the water
Breathe through the nose / mouth when the head is still in the water
Then raise your head over the water while opening your mouth to take a breath
Do the above things over and over and get used to it and do not be afraid to put your head in the water
Basic Swimming Technique For Beginners
Respiratory
Surfing
Floats
The three things above are given to anyone who wants to learn to swim & at least once per week
