Be a person in charge

Have you been the person in charge for a formal event?

Soon we will organize a Retirement party for our charismatic leader a.k.a our big boss. Her contribute to work especially for our profession until her age 60 years old, really appreciate. She willing to sacrifice something for the continuity our profession.

In honor for her retirement party, i'll be the person in charge. There is so much to plan early and it all must be ready early so there will no mistakes or missing during that time.

Here my plan for the party

• Pick a place where to held or organize.

• List the VIP list already

• Set how many table to booking.

• The menu. I was thinking Chinese cuisine ☺.

• The important is the date and the time. If I want all my colleagues to join, the date and time must be convinient for all of us. I be thinking to set on the Friday after work. It because some of my colleagues stay far from KK. If weekend, they will probably didn't want to join it. Had to think in different aspects.

Appreciate and Respect our leader

Even sometime our leaders mad or angry at us, don't be sad or disappointed. Try to take it in a positive way. We can think, maybe we wrong and the leader want us to learn.
