Hello everyone!
Dayummm I almost forgot to post entry today! As usual I start training back and more into strength & conditioning. Yeah! Today is a Good Friday and a public holiday so I got a chance to train at evening. Now while Im typing for this entry, I was on the treadmill!
Well my fitness challenge already end so I got more time to focus on myself! My client didn't get the Malaysian top 10 but I already expect as he can't follow what should be done as he also got his own commitment as a Zumba instructor. Alright done with that!
Now is all about other coaches are complaint about the top 10 and the top coaches. They were asking how they had be chosen while there's suspicious things about the photos transformation of the winner and top coaches was selected based on favorism of some side. Hmmm I don't give a single damn about it and doesn't really care so I remain silence. Nothing to do with me as I just accept whatever result it is.
Now I am happy to back to training with my friend that can be called as a coach as well as he also a certified fitness instructor but his level is totally different and higher than me. I start to train with him a few years ago and what I like about train with him is he push me to be better and I am on my limits. Never get easy and day by day its getting hard. Either I surrender or keep going! Woke up in the morning in pain and other else, i choose to keep going and it changed me to be better.
