Remitano - Phone Verification Problem (SOLVED)

I wanted to write an update in regards my withdrawal problem with Remitano yesterday but I was caught up with two events which I’m helping to co-organized with @bitrocker2020 and @danieldoughty.

Okay, back to Remitano.

If you guys have read my post before, you will know how frustrated I am when I can’t verify my phone number with Remitano. You can read about it here.

One of the technical team finally contacted me through their Live Chat after more than 12 hours of waiting. After midnight then they only informed me that the issue has been fixed. Phone verification went through but I'm having problem to sell my ETH. Remitano could'nt recognize my Authy authentication. Apparently, during my multiple tryout the day before, I accidentally created another authy account. So, this is what Remitano wants me to do.

1. Take a picture of myself together with my ID card (or driving license)

2. Take a picture with a paper written “Remitano Verification” and place my ID card on top of it.

I’ve waited almost an hour for them to verify my documents before I can finally withdraw.

To Remitano teams, thank you so much for helping me out. And guys, please be very extra careful when you do an account registration. Don't be like me. 😫
