Current Reward Structure:
450 SMART for Team SmartCash Banner of the month

Each month there is a banner contest and a contest for the best article of the month, but you can still get paid for up to 4 articles per week simply by posting a unique article about SmartCash.

Let's say you want to get involved in SmartCash, but you don't want to invest out of pocket. You could post 4 articles on Steem a week and earn 30 Smart for each post. We are assuming a price of 16cents for SmartCash which of course will vary with time.

4 Steem SmartCash Articles per Week X 30 Smart = 120 Smart / Week

120 Smart @ $0.16 = $19.20 / Week

120 Smart / Week X 4 weeks = 480 Smart / Month

480 Smart @ $0.16 = $76.80 / Month

Let's take this a step further and assume that you keep earning your Smart Bounties on Steem consistently. One would need 1000 SMART in order to be eligible for what is called SmartRewards.
