Crying is one of the most therapeutic things a person can do, it helps relieve the stress on your body. If you don't feel you have a safe space to do this, cry in the shower. This way no one hears or sees you. Do this for yourself. I saw a post of a man being saved from suicide on a bridge...just triggered some old memories, had the biggest cry, and made me think of a few other things to, feel better.

I completely agree with you. Many people believe they have to act strong all the time. Crying is seen as bad or a sign of weakness. I believe that wallowing in your feelings is often the best way to deal with them. Let yourself experience things fully, good or bad. When you are finished crying, when you have felt the sadness or despair as deeply as possible, only then can you shake it off and move forward feeling refreshed and complete again.

Crying releases pressure and allows the individual to think. Good teaching.
