Every saturday and sunday i go to 'Panciteria' to buy a pasalubong for my children, i do this since i have a child, i'm happy bringing them a 'pasalubong' because you can see in their eyes the happiness you bring upon heading home.
Last saturday July 21, 2018 i order a 'bihon guisado' and 'lumpiang shanghai' it takes 30-40 mins before they give your order.
Then suddenly when i'm sitting on the chair an old lady come close with his daugther, i think the age of a child is 6-7 years old,the old lady ask a favor if they can bring home the left food on the table.
The owner get mad and they she shouted the old lady and her daugther 'back off' dont ruine my business!! Go home!!
The old lady look at me and i smile at her and i take a sign ' just wait'
Suddenly a police car arrive and the police officer come close and order a 'canton guisadao, fried chicken and lumpiang shanghai'
The old lady sit on the side of the street and look at me, i give them again a hand sign ' just wait' ..
Because i want to give them my order. For me its better to give them my 'pasalubong '
Suddenly the owner called the police officer and said " sir heres your order" the police officer ask the owner why its too fast i'm willing to wait somebody came early you must entertain them first.
The owner ignore what the officer said.
Then suddenly when the police take his order the owner called them again and give another 'bihon guisdao and another lumpiang shanghai'
The police get shock and said " my order is only "canton guisado, fried chicken, and lumpiang shanghai" why you gave me another order thats not mine,
The owner said ' its free sir for your family ' take it.
The police officer take the free gift and suddenly they called the old lady and her daugther
And said ' Hi mam take it ! The old lady smile and said thank you sir, the officer said 'take it and go home , bring it to your family, you know madam i see what this owner do to you and to your daugther and thats why i decided to come and buy
some food to give it to you.now you have more food to bring home.
The police officer take a look at me and smile,
And i stood up and take a 'salute to them'
And say... " Thank you sir for being kind'
Each of you should give what you have decided ib your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for GOD loves a cheerful giver..
