Some people must say that we don't cry for joy, there is always something deep inside of us that doesn't know how to show up or come out. The thing is that express our emotions, it's hard, first because we do not accept them, it's not only about the sensation of being vulnerable it's about just feel our body, sensations and emotions how they really are, and must of us are not ready or don´t know how to be with ourself, all is about trying.
