A picture mirrored, reflecting myself
A wise hand guiding, my someone else
A lesson in shades, pinned on my page
A story to share, showing my age

My left brain logic, in calculated space
My right brain creative, artistic in grace
My double standard, meaning in fact
My secret message, using my tact

A poem that I share, emotions reflect
A story in rhyme, that you won’t expect
A song to sing, which nobody hears
A shadow cast, hiding my tears

My double write, hiding my tone
My invitation, my secret zone
My inner self, searching for life
My final line, my bleeding knife
