Men are known as the less emotional sex. They are supposed to be bastions of stability, the rock in the middle of a storm, unflappably cool no matter what the circumstance. But, it's not wrong for men to get emotional. Because tears are your body’s release valve for stress, sadness, grief, anxiety, and frustration. For both men and women, tears are a sign of courage, strength, and authenticity.
It's like telling a bird not to fly.
Nevertheless, its been taught
To young men, the topic constantly brought.
They don't cry for small nothing
They cries only then, when they really cares.
And it's happens quite rare .
Than those of a woman.
The man in front of you will
Act as if he is happy but
Deep inside he feels lot of pain.
For some men, its their greatest fear.
I'm proud of those men who cries
For their heart are not telling lies.
There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.

Agreed...True men do cry....It's okay to cry but make sure you always go for a try.... Tears doesn't mean weakness but instead it shows that you're strong enough to accept failure in life. Not all tears shows sadness and failures but it also shows great happiness and success, that's what you called "Tears of Joy"...
