STEEMBTC Technical Analysis Chart 6/28/2017

Steem is definitely a very unique cryptocurrency model. I've been reading the white paper and trying to understand it, though it can touch on some pretty complex economics topics, and am pretty surprised at how in depth the creators of steem put on creating an economic platform with solid foundations.

Some things I find interesting:

pegging to US dollar
SUBJECTIVE proof of work
steem inflation, steem power as a "share" in the cryptocurrency and steem dollars as debt

From what I see so far and also the adoption of steemit, definitely very bullish on this platform. A big upside to this currency is better content discovery though.

Big fan. I think r/ethtrader could learn a thing or 2 from you. But they hate TA like its cancer so im not sure how well they would take it

did you notice the golden cross just forming with the 50 and 200 period EMA lines on the poloniex daily chart?.. i jumped in on the strength of that... hopefully it will play out well in the long term... I guess that's the 20 day average you're using?

That is not a trade signal I use for entry. Tells longer term trends well but an actionable trade in my opinion. Hope it works out regardless!

fingers crossed... a bit sketchy i know... if btc goes down it could all go horribly wrong... the shorter term ema crosses weren't so positive either ... but i think i'm gonna hold long term, probably bring most of it here and power up...
