Pretty nice. I would add some padding to the placeholders and change one of the two texts that say "Create an account" by, maybe, Registration or Sign up, as @vominhquoc said.
Also, I would use some icons from FontAwesome to make your social media buttons look cooler, check them out, they are simple and fancy, and easy to use too.
