I think that in life it is worth having dreams, even a little crazy or unreal 😉 One of my dreams is to have a motorcycle. Speed, freedom, wind in my hair. Imagine that! 💞 And best motorcycle is the Harley Davidson. In the end, not for nothing Rysiek Ridel sang ~"My Harley, this is it, I love it." 💘🏍

And today Harley Davidson celebrates its 115th birthday - the company's history goes back to the early 20th century - in 1903, when friends William Harley and Arthur Davidson presented the world's first Harley Davidson model for sale - Silent Gray Fellow with a 410 cm³ single-cylinder engine. The day of August 28, 1903, is considered to be the date of establishment unofficial company. The first dozen or so years of motorcycle production made it possible to increase the company's prestige, and the publicity brought with it an increase in production. During the First World War, Harley could be found on the front, just like during World War II with a 20-year break for the interwar period, when Harley-Davidson grounded their position in sport. After the Second World War, production continued to grow, and work on improving technology continued. In 1969, the company was bought by the AMF company, and the 1970s was a period of motorcycle boom that significantly improved the situation, so H-D again sold up 75,000 copies a year, until the appearance of Asian competition in the form of Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. Currently, the company is independent, with a strong emphasis on classic product design, while the brand is prestigious, desired by customers and has a high position on the market 🔝🏍

Harley Davidson is also an inspiration for film and music creators. He appeared in such films as "Easy Rider", "The Rocky Horror Show" or in the TV series "Sons of Anarchy" 📺🏍 When it comes to music, HD motorcycles are often used by the stars to enter the stage (Judas Priest, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Manowar), but all you need to do is to mention the already mentioned song by polish band Dżem to see that these motorcycles have a permanent and unchallenged place in
culture 🎵🏍
