If you are involved in either Virtual Reality or Cryptocurrency you are lucky enough to be working in bleeding-edge technology. VR and Cryptocurrency aim to revolutionize the human experience, both by providing a gateway to new worlds and decentralizing power. While each of these new technologies offer new exciting opportunities, combining them will unleash potential far beyond anything humanity has seen before.
With the inception of the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive we have seen Virtual Reality go from a Science-Fiction gimmick to a tangible product. This new potent technology offers ways to experience new realities and enhance the world around us like we have never witnessed before. The main hurdle for the Virtual Reality industry is lowering the price point of their products to a level where mainstream adoption can be made possible. Thanks to the Initial Coin Offering phenomenon which has been spurred on by Blockchain technologies, we are seeing companies raise millions of dollars in minutes. This new way for startups to raise capital could be used to solve the problem that many VR companies face in terms of making their products cheap enough for everyone to buy.

With the creation of virtual worlds we are needing to shift traditional methods of transactions and finances. Cryptocurrency offers an excellent and competitive way for transactions to take place in VR environments. What are your thoughts on Vox? I was very big on this until I heard rumours of the developer fleeing to South America after apparently scamming people. It doesn't make sense though as he has been developing games for over a decade. I might add VR projects to my list as you're right, this is the future.

Seems to me that between VR and crypto, it's the other way around. With the degree of fine simulation that becomes possible with quality VR, the fluidity of commerce that cryptocurrency enables (both divorced from the Newotonian limitations of meatspace) -- if anything, reality is becoming dream.
