Steemit, could be steemit the new facebook?

A few days ago I'm in steemit, the truth is that you read things quite interesting, to be a new social network, I find it wonderful, but I wonder if it can steemit reach the level of big companies. I see a lot of potential, what do you think? I wait for your opinnion
