One thing that makes Mozilla different from Google is their commitment towards privacy. when Google offers anything free there is always a hidden string attached. Recently Google got criticize for showing ads in Gmail Account of User, This mean Google monitor the email of Gmail user, Which is not right way to do the business while compromising the privacy of the user. In this post I will talk about Firefox Send, which is a good and most secure method to send confidential file and document over Internet, with compromising you data privacy.

With Firefox send you can send data up to 2.5 GB securely over internet, to whom you are sending data have no compulsion for Firefox account. You can set limit of time and number of attempt to download. You can also set the expiry limit of your data.

In general when we share data using third party service most of the time we forgot to delete it or third party service does not provide facility to delete the data, once the task completed, when mean your data remain their which is not a good thing in term of privacy. Firefox send allows to set expiry date also that data get deleted and you have peace of mind.

After Upload of the File you can customize the setting as per your requirement. you can also protect it with password.

After upload of the file you will get your shareable link, which you can share it to whom you want to share this file.

After the use of Firefox send I found that the process of sending file is very simple to use and ad free. 2.5 GB is More than enough to send confidential and private file over Internet.
