Ever since I had purchased my PC I never had cleaned it out effectively to make it perform like the first day that I had purchased because I am afraid that I might delete an important file that would make my PC (Windows 10) run erratically so the result is that my PC just get so slow to response.
Now it is just easy to clean-out your windows 10 to make it responsive again noticeably.
- Step 1: Type in tot the search bar "run" without the quotes, then a dialogue would pop out.
- Step 2: Then in the run dialogue type in "temp" without the quotes then a window will pop-out. Hightlight the files there and hit on your pc's keyboard Shift-Delete keys to delete the temp files.
Then a dialogue would open saying that some of the files are in use, just check the check box and hit Skip as shown below.
Step 3: Do the same with %temp% and prefetch files.
Step 4: Delete the items in your recycle bin and delete them frequently.
Step 5: Uninstall Unwanted programs that you do not need.
Step 6: Optimize your PC. Windows does this automatically so you can just skip this part.
Step 7: Run the Disk cleanup. Usually the biggest files to delete here is the download option. If you want to keep your downloaded files, just leave the check box untick and delete all others.
After these steps you will notice a considerable change in responsiveness of your PC. :)

It really is a good thing to clean-up Windows temp %temp% and prefetch files, it makes a nice difference in the performance. :D
