The Flyboard Air
The technology knows no boundaries, it shows us that people can create something impossible.
Flyboard® and Flyboard Air work on the same principles and are controlled in the same way. In fact, anyone training to use the Flyboard Air must first train on a water Flyboard.
Then enjoy this wonderful video and read overwhelm from the flyboard air.

Is it legal to fly in the United States?
We have a specific version that is 14 CFR Part 103 compliant for Ultralight operations in the US. It is electronically limited to 54 knots and has a 5 gallon fuel capacity, allowing non-pilots to legally fly in most of the country.
How would users train to fly it?
Three solid days of water training on the Flyboard with a Wireless EMK followed by about four days on a large training platform with the EZ Fly. After that, a user will be fully trained in basic operation and they could begin specific scenario training after that, maybe for shipboard flights or landing on buildings, flying under bridges, etc.
What does it cost?
We have not finalized pricing, but depending on quantity, per unit cost will be approximately 240,000 Euros.
Can it fly in bad weather?
Yes, it does not have wind limitations like a helicopter or long visual range needs like a fixed wing aircraft.
Can it fly at night?
Yes. We have conducted night flights and plan to conduct tests with Night Vision devices.
What is the radar signature or cross-section?
Other than it's small size, this configuration is not purposefully stealthy. Future configurations could include RF signature management techniques as well as reduction in optical, IR, and acoustic signatures.
Any airworthiness certifications?
Currently it can be flown in the United States as an ultralight aircraft.
Can it carry a passenger?
The current version can only carry the operator. We have some preliminary plans for up-scaled versions for litter carriers or passengers.
Can it be made unmanned?
Yes. We have already test-flown an unmanned variant.
Can it operate from a ship?
Yes, we plan to test shipboard operations.
