Hi Steemit family!

If you live in a house and have an extra space to do one of the most pleasurable activities in the world then this is for you.

The sowing that is linked to agriculture, is one of the oldest trades that humanity has, unfortunately, the emergence of new technologies from the industrial revolution completely changed the world as we know it, from growing our own food generated new techniques and with it arose infinite work that we do even today, the machines replaced almost everything that man could do with his hands.

source

For better or worse in other things the world advances and we can not stop it, this is where a robot is in play the last generation that allows being attentive to you always without being present, is called Tertill and is powered by solar energy, come and join me to know a little about this novel invention.

source

This robot entered the market successfully once, but this is because the Terrill represents the second generation of robotics, as it is cousin to the successful Roomba, a first-generation gardener robot that was very successful since its launch, the creation of Tertill are involved a number of employees are ex-employees of iRobot, including Franklin's Technical Director, Joe Jones, the first full-time employee of iRobot, who played a key role in the creation of Roomba.

source

The peculiar circular shape of the structure they gave the robot has nothing to do with Roomba's design, they tried to disassociate themselves from that tractor-type design, but realized that for the tasks in the vegetable planting area it was still an easy-to-use design. This was because at first they wanted a more robust and square design that resembled a tractor, curved wheels, four-wheel drive, a real all-terrain vehicle, but in the end, they decided to follow the circular line of design.

It has built-in sensors that help the robot to avoid contact with useful plants, this happens when you find a plant more than an inch high and for plants that have less height, the company has chosen to include some wires that serve as protectors for the robot to avoid the collision with such young plants.

The Tertill robot, powered by solar energy, controls weeds.

The Tertill is designed to spend its entire existence outdoors, taking energy through the large solar panel on your back to power the two or more hours a day that makes your garden routinely maintained.

source

Then we don't find a specialized weed cutter that will be very useful if you have an orchard and don't have time for some other activity, such as work or spending hours of the day away from home, that's where the Tertill will be efficient to pull out all the weeds from the root and have them under control.

source

Some things are to be defined as adding sensors to place them in the garden and provide detailed information to the robot as this the climate of your garden and some other useful things that the robot can do, increasing its efficiency.

It is interesting how this technology can help someone who has a garden but in the day is working, that would make the garden deteriorate and put at risk the development of plants, with Tertill can maintain the garden without worrying if it is on the site, since it can monitor the activities of the same remotely.

This looks very cool. It makes me wonder how many robots or inventions will be made to make life easier. Hopefully the next automatically unloads the dishwasher. Obviously, there's still a joy in gardening yourself, but this would be helpful if someone became busy and wasn't able to tend to it for a long amount of time.
Now there's another robot gardener besides Chauncey. (This is a reference to the show Mega Man: Fully Charged.)
Thank you for sharing this.

Great post very nice
