Wireless technology is the most innovative technology that we have ever invented. It helps you to connect devices with each other and over a network and control their behaviour. Most of the portable electronic devices work on battery and need charging periodically for them to work. Well, we can charge them with conventional methods like connecting the device with a AC output through an adapter and wires. With a lot of devices that require charging can make this conventional charging or wired charging a bit messy. Wireless Charging? There are devices that can be charged wirelessly like latest iPhones and other gadgets.
Disney has recently designed a room and converted it completely into a wireless charging room that can charge batteries of 10 devices at one time. According to its researchers, they are greatly inspired by Nikola Tesla that created a system to wirelessly transfer electricity. According to Tesla, we may have a global network of wireless electricity.
How does it work?
QSCR also known as Quasistatic Cavity Resonance is a wireless charging technology that uses EMF or Electromagnetic Fields generated by electric currents. The room designed by Disney consists of Aluminium Panelled walls and a copper pole at the centre that makes use of 15 capacitors, used to store energy. These capacitors generates electrical current travelling through walls, ceiling and floor and back through the pole. These electrical current generates EMF around the pole that helps in wirelessly charging the electronic devices.
We are still in very initial stages of Wireless technology and there is a lot more that need to explored and invented. Let’s hope for a great future.

Cool stuff, but the room is filled with high-power EM radiation and I don't think the potential long-term health effects have been explored thoroughly enough yet.
