Hi friends , today I will tell you the situation I experienced on the Sony M5 phone. My phone shut down yesterday and it's been like this till today. Then I looked at XPERIA COMPANY sony application. I have installed this application on my computer and have fulfilled the instructions given. As a result of a long struggle, my phone opened. But there was something missing on my phone. All applications, pictures, contacts, in short everything was deleted :(
I brought back the backup data, but everything's gone. As a person experiencing this bitter experience, I learned how important it is to record all data on technological equipment: (
