  • Mya Le Thai, a doctoral student at the University of California accidentally found a way to keep the phone battery last longer.
Yet at that time, Mya was playing fun to coat the battery wire using a layer of gel.
"He found that using the gel can make the battery recycled up to thousands of times without losing capacity," explained Reginald Penner, Head of the Department of Chemistry at the University of California.
Reported by TribunStyle.com from Business Insider, researchers from the University of California finally realized if by coating the fragile components in a mobile phone battery with a 'protector' will make their strength is not reduced at all even if used continuously.
Mya explains that this gel layer will help the electrodes in the nanowires hold their shape better so that the bsa is unreliable.
"This research proves that batteries that have nanowires can live long," Mya added.
Battery components, especially nanowires will usually be damaged after 7 thousand times usage.
However, thanks to this protector then the battery will not lose its power meskpiun in charge more than 200 thousand times in three months.
That is, the mobile phone or tablet battery can last forever.
