Apple launches the highly anticipated HomePod device.
This will happen on Feb. 9, and on that date the clever spokesman of the US company will appear on the UK, US, and Australian markets. A little later, in the spring, HomePod will also be available to the citizens of France and Germany, CNBC reports.
The Apple device was introduced last year and is currently the highlight of Amazon's Siri and Alexa competition.
During past festivals, Amazon reported very good sales, with their Echoes device being among the best-selling products.
The 20-inch speaker will also be a distribution channel for the Apple Music service.
Apple's chief competitor in music streaming - Spotify, may become a public company this year. So Apple will have to prove it is still a factor in this market.
HomePod can connect to other devices such as iPhone and AirPod.
