We all are victims of what am about to say. I have heard so many people say this when operating there mobile phones or
PC(Personal Computer) that the Network here is very bad or rather No Network.....Well it's wrong to say, the proper word
here is poor signal. Network on the other hand is what we are registered with e.g. we have MTN,AIRTEL,9 Mobile & the crowds
favorites GLO. If you don't know you better know, that the delay in your messages sent is called LOCATION SENSITIVITY.
