Step 1 :

Step 2 :</­h1> Type in CMD => netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=YourNameHotspot key=password8charact­er on cmd,

then hit enter.

Note:

You can change the SSID with the hotspot name you like, and the hotspot password must be 8 characters or more.

Step 3 :

Then to turn on hotspot you should type netsh wlan start hostednetwork.
