Artificial intelligence can help people live longer by revealing the inner age, according to new research.

Scientists have developed a "simple and cheap" computer algorithm, which can calculate the biological life of people and reveal whether certain changes in lifestyle and medicinal products play a role in increasing the chances of living a long and healthy life.

The formula "Aging.AI" provided accurate results for 130,000 individuals, based on blood samples. The new research, led by InSilico Medicine, says that artificial intelligence can determine the risk of developing age-related diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.

"Artificial intelligence is good in predicting age as if you were looking at the image of a specific person and you had to guess his age," said Dr. Morten Chibi-Nuudsen, professor at the Copenhagen Health Center. It is important to note that a person's biological age, or "inner Hour", may be different from his or her actual age.

For example, a 65-year-old woman with a fairly good and active health can have a body that resembles the physiology of a 50-year-old woman, which means that her biological age is 55 years.

The study published in the Journal of Gerontology: Biological Sciences, the Aging.AI formula was tested on a series of blood samples, and found that the algorithm was able to determine the biological age of the person, based on blood samples.

The gene test company, 23andme's, is the first to sell approved DNA test kits, which can identify the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

This month the company launched a study on weight loss, trying to determine whether heredity affects the diet and exercise. Participants in the study were required to commit themselves to a personal diet for three months.

In general, the experts consider the length of the telomers, the protective endpoints of the chromosomes, to determine the biological age of the person, with longer telomers indicating long life span.

Telomers are usually shortened with age, but studies have shown that bad health habits such as smoking, excessive drinking alcohol and lack of physical activity can increase the rate of default.

A study published in 2013 in Lancet Oncology, found that the practice of sport along with a diet with high amounts of fruits and vegetables, with a decrease in refined carbohydrates, can actually prolong human life.
