Chip based cancer test can take place of painful bone biopsy/

Scientists have invented a cheaper and reliable blood test for a plastic chip for cancer (multiple myeloma) which can make painful bone biopsy a thing of the past. This was told by researchers from Kansas University of America.

They said that under diagnostic testing and treatment of cancer multiple myeloma that affect plasma cells, patients have to undergo painful bone biopsy at the moment. During the current procedure, doctors take a biopsy needle by inserting an incision to take a sample of bone marrow or apply a big incision and take out a part of the bone surgery.

According to a journal named Integrative Biology, a small test is used in the size of a small plastic chip in the form of a credit card. He simply takes a little blood and gives information like bone biopsy.

Professor Steven Soper of Kansas University said that for the last ten years we have been developing blood based tests for cancerous diseases, which have a multiple myeloma. We will be able to remove the need of bone marrow biopsy and will allow the laboratory examiner to determine the best way to treat this disease using blood samples.

Farmers will be able to live through this app to question scientists

Using the mobile phone application, now farmers can ask Chatbot to ask questions related to their crops directly to the scientists. The scientists will be available live to answer. Six students of the Institute of Technology of the Vivekananda Education Society of Mumbai made an app called 'Ahem' in Hekathon held on 30-31 March.

In the competition held at 28 Nodal Centers from All India Council of Technical Education, the students had to make the app within 36 hours on their given subject. Deepa Narayanan, a member of this app team, said, "Our app is basically to give information about aromatic and medicinal plants. People have information about cotton, pulses, but they do not know much about Aromatical and Medicinal Plants. . "

There is information about the type of soil suitable for special crops, weather, climate and time on the app. The app also has information about the market, so that the farmers can learn about the crop and the crop demand in the coming time.
