Dzień dobry, Jeśli ktoś z Was Steemianie zastanawiał się jak powinien wyglądać cylinder tłoka w zacisku hamulcowym to już mówię. Wnętrze cylindra (pic 1.) i sam cylinder (pic 2.) powinny być wolne od rys, wżerów i spęczeń spowodowanych utlenianiem aluminium oraz nieosiowym ruchem względem siebie (pic. 1.). W moim przypadku tłoczek wygląda ok, ale cylinder jest już lekko zmęczony. Zestaw naprawczy do zacisków hamulcowych to najczęściej uszczelnienia tłoka i prowadnice zaznaczone na 3. zdjęciu. | Good morning Steemians, if someone of You are thinking about regeneration or replacement Yours brakes clipers i'd like to show how should it looks like. Piston (pic. 1)and cylinder (pic. 2) should be free from any scratches caused non-axial moves of the assembly also free from pits on surfaces or materials upsetting. On the pictures You can see acceptable scratches on cylinder (pic. 2) and nice surface on the brake piston (pic. 1). There are two different kind of repair kit for clipers. One with sealings and guides (guides marked on pic. 3), second contains also piston. You have to replace this elements always when You're trying to repair Your brakes |
