In the meantime we are often outdoors and practice tricks, because just flying around trees is not so much fun any more. One of the first tricks we found interesting was the Power Loop. The Power Loop is a simple loop done with our FPV Racing drone.
The difficulty of this trick is that you can't see the ground from a certain angle. You have to estimate with experience and feeling which height you are at and how much momentum you should take with you in order not to ram into the ground.
The absolute adrenaline rush with every Power Loop.
Shen ( @tuongvile ) loves to practice this trick. The aim is to do this trick on very low altitude of about 3-4feet.
Mittlerweile sind wir öfters draußen unterwegs und üben Tricks, denn einfach nur um Bäume zu fliegen macht irgendwann nicht mehr soooo viel Spaß. Einer der ersten Tricks, die wir interessant fanden, war der Power Loop. Der Power Loop ist, einfacher gesagt als getan, ein Loop mit der FPV Racing Drohne.
Die Schwierigkeit an diesem Trick ist, dass man den Boden ab einem bestimmten Winkel nicht mehr sieht. Man muss mit Gefühl abschätzen, auf welcher Höhe man gerade ist und wie viel Schwung man mitnehmen sollte, um nicht in den Boden zu rammen.

Besondes shen ( @tuongvile ) hat Gefallen daran ihn zu üben. Ziel ist es diesen Trick auch auf sehr niedriger Höhe um die 2m kontrolliert auszuführen.

Ein Kollege von mir hatte auch mal eine, war leider nicht ganz so glücklich, denn letztendlich ist sie beim Filmen einer Hochzeit im See gelandet, er hätte wohl vorher Training bei dir nehmen sollen haha :-P

Ohje, davor habe ich am meisten Angst. Letztes Jahr bin ich in den USA mit meiner Phantom 3km aufs Meer raus. Verbindung brach für 20sec ab, kam aber zum Glück automatisch zurück in Reichweite.

Oh heftig haha.. Ja das kann ganz schön teuer werden, kenn aber auch nicht die Hintergründe des Unfalls. Vllt hatte er die Drohne vorher nicht gecheckt und das Teil hatte nen technischen Fehler.
Aber die riskanten Sachen bringen eben den meisten Spaß und sehen am coolsten aus, was? :-P
