Calling for the security of cyber security in Bangladesh, Doc, Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar has said. He said this at the 'Russia-Bangladesh IT Summit-2018' program held at ICT Tower in Agargaon on Sunday.

Mostafa Jabbar remembered the contribution of the then Soviet Union during the great liberation war of Bangladesh. Describing Russia's historic relationship with Bangladesh, he hoped to work jointly with Russia for the development of Bangladesh.
Hosne Ara Begum, Managing Director (Secretary) of Bangladesh High-Tech Park Authority, said that there are many opportunities to work together in Russia and Bangladesh to create skilled manpower in the country's IT sector.
Russia's IT expert Anzegionov Ili said that the various sectors including e-governance, smart-city, health service, smart-power, energy will be digitized rapidly. Russia is ready to be a partner in all development activities in Bangladesh.
The Schalkovo Foundation of Scalcovo Innovation Center, a technology based company based on Russian government, mainly works in five sectors - Energy, Strategic Computer Technology, Biomedicine, Atomic Technology and Space Technology. With the help of Scolcovo Foundation in the IT-Summit, some IT organizations that have already started working in Bangladesh are introduced. These include Softline Group, Group IB, Digital Design.
