What happens in a command with BaseCamp

We used to plan marketing activities, planning sales department, designer's work, did not fit into the development department at all (for that it was not created, but we tried it), there are not enough opportunities for splitting tasks into parts and distributing them by state.

The team uses it if necessary, once again no one will go to look or make plans. As a rule, planning takes place near the board with a marker, and then transferred to BC. Different departments do not communicate through the system. Not participating in the planning to understand what is happening in the project is difficult - to look into other people's projects is meaningless.

What happens in a team with Trello

An interesting toy for brainstorms. Often used to visualize some ideas or plans and open common access for discussion. After viewing and discussing the instrument was forgotten, the results were transferred somewhere else.

To conduct a permanent process is suitable except for very small teams.

YouTrack

Short review

Hipster bugtracker. Easier than Jira, it is more convenient for teams of up to 20 people, Ajax-updates. Honed for developers.

What happens in the team

E1xcellent system. Narrowly sharpened. The Development Department is ecstatic and protects its space. Planers are held near the marker board or with paper at the table, then everything is transferred to the YouTrack digital board. Several times I tried to plan at once in the system - it's not convenient. Interfaces are forced to adhere to the format, but simply to sketch plans and then to detail them does not work.
