Samsung has released new touch SSD T7 which comes with fingerprint sensor. It upgrades security feature to protect your data which you were previously able to do only by password or encryption. This biometric security could provide much ease for the users. Yes, they do come with additional security of password and hardware protection.

These devices will run on 2nd generation of USB with data reading speed of 1050MB/s and writing speed of 1,000MB/s.
Furthermore, they can survive accidental fall of 2m (Isn't it great, considering we all seem to do that often ;) )
