The biggest ever hack just got even bigger. On Tuesday, Yahoo revealed that during 2013 hack every single on of its 3 billion accounts was hacked. Thats more than all of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts combined, making it the largest hack ever.

"Following an investigation with the assistance of outside forensic experts, [we believe] that all Yahoo user accounts were affected by the August 2013 theft," Suzanne Philion, a spokeswoman for the Verizon unit Oath, said in a statement on Tuesday.

Previously, during the late 2016, Yahoo reported that 1 billion of its user accounts were hacked. It sent notifications regarding the hack to all its users asking them to change passwords and other relevant steps to ensure security.

The information stolen in the massive breach did not include passwords in clear text, payment card data or bank account information. Yahoo is still working with law enforcement to determine who was behind the attack.

It is to be mentioned that in 2016 Verizon bought Yahoo for $4.48 billion.
