how to fix a windows 10 operating system when it comes up start up repair on Desktop , that has usb keyboard

Firstly you will have to get a PS2 keyboard, then plug the keyboard into the computer , then you startup and use the down arrow key and click on start windows normally, this will repair your computer.
the reason the USB will not work , MS DOS does not recognize USB but PS2.
